3 Good Moves: Feldenkrais, Tai Chi, Yoga

Healing movement can change not only the way we move, but the way we think and feel as well. Each of these 3 movement activities has distinct features. They share similarities as well: slow meditative movements, done with awareness and coordinated with the breathe.
I teach group classes and individual sessions as a certified tai chi instructor and as a certified Feldenkrais practitioner. My practice is centered in Columbia MO. After retiring from my occupational therapy career I wanted to devote my energies to healing practices that help people prevent illness and maintain their health.
